HOW DO I SETUP SyncQ

Find the detailed steps for installing and using SyncQ to sync your 
Slack data with QuickBooks Online.

1. Get SyncQ 

Subscribe to Slack from the following Link*. Visit https://sla.syncq.net and click on MyAccount and enter your Slack user email id. Connect and Authorize Your QuickBooks Online account. Schedule an meeting with SyncQ support for assistance.



2. Map QuickBooks

Login into your SyncQ account from MyAccount using your Slack user email id.
Click on the setup wheel button.
Map Slack channels with QuickBooks record types.



3. Start Syncing

To search any QuickBooks record in Slack, goto the Slack channel, and use the command /quicksearch. For a list of QuickBooks records, use the command /quickbooks. Your Slack channel must be mapped to one QuickBooks record type.
